Items in Firebean store are not eligible for reture and exchange. Due to the specific function and unique features of our talismans, once the talisman was carried by someone, its energy began to release until depletion. Every talisman is hand drawn by skilled Chinese Taoist priest and infused energy through consecration ceremony to be divine. Besides, the highly personalized and custom peculiarities of the talisman also determine the resulets of nonreturnable and unexchangeable. Once the talisman was sold, it can not resold to customers again. So please think carefully before buying.
Orders Cancellations Policy
You have the right to cancel your order after you have placed it and before it has been shipped. However, if you purchased the Custom Fu Talisman products, the order cannot be cancelled due to the high degree of personalization of the product and the exclusive customization process. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a repair in such cases, provided that:
